Refund policy
At ZarKal, we want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
Return Window
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached
- Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Sale or clearance items are final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover the cost.
Exchanges
We allow one exchange per order for sizing or design issues within the 7-day window.
